Here’s the latest and greatest of everything The Bellevue Collection has to offer and my favorite items available for the month of April. This month’s picks feature the spring trend denim and blue hues!
1) ARITZIA Azure Skies Tanka Blouse $90 – One fabric you will see all over this season will be denim! This won’t be limited to your favorite jeans, it’s moving on to shirts, shoes and even sunglasses. This version comes to you via soft chambray with white cross marks throughout. I love the style of this open blouse, that draws Japanese happi coats with the short sleeves and collar and traditionally worn for festive occasions. This is fitting, since you should always feel a bit festive no matter what you are wearing.
2) BEN BRIDGE JEWELER Lisa Bridge Silver Bangle $139 – Slip on this fun cuff that is delicate yet, makes a statement. A piece from the Lisa Bridge Collection, the adorning stones are made of white agate and a dyed blue chalcedony, all wrapped in sterling silver that give to the inspiration of the blue topped, white houses in Santorini. I love how the open design feels light and airy and is great worn with a short sleeve top or even wear it over the cuff of a long sleeve top.
3) EVERYTHING BUT WATER Marysia Bikini $130 (Top) $130 (Bottom) – Spring is finally here and that means the search for beach outfits begins! I love this version of a bandeau top with the sweet and flattering scallop edges (they give you a bit of extra coverage, without looking like it). The navy color is also great for those with fairer to darker skin tones, which is important if you develop a tan throughout the season.
4) BEBE Feathered Fedora $39 – Top of your look with a fresh spring woven fedora. The indigo color gives this a sophisticated, but cool girl vibe that I will want to pair with a lightweight oversize coat, killer ankle booties, black denim skinnies and a pair of “shielding my eyes from the paparazzi” sunglasses. Plus, the matching feathers that encircle the fedora add a touch of added unique-ness.
5) ALDO SHOES Toviel Slingback Heel $70 – Looking for a pair of heels to update your footwear for spring and with a pair that is appropriate for the office cute enough for date night? Then, this pair is my favorite pick to meet both of those needs. The sleek lines and pointed toe are great at creating flattering leg lines. The elastic strap of this slingback make this great for when you have to power walk around the office, since your foot more easily stays put. A problem I know from personal experience when picking up the pace with a traditional pump.
6) EILEEN FISHER Cropped Shell Top $148 – I am always in favor of brands that incorporate organic and sustainably sourced materials and labor for the clothing we wear. Eileen Fisher continues this with this organic cotton shell. The ikat (pronounced ee-kat) is made in India and is woven of hand dyed yarn that they mix the two blue tones to create the ikat design. It’s awesome when brands take great care of the pieces you wear and to know where they came from.
